According to the news on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on December 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development". The iron and steel industry implement technical and equipment transformations as a  plan proposes,such as fine desulfurization for coke oven gas, high-proportion pellet smelting, coking negative pressure distillation, and optimization of the entire coking process. In 2025,  It will complete the ultra-low emission transformation of 530 million tons of steel production capacity , the clean production transformation of 460 million tons of coking capacity.

Ei--rautametalliteollisuudessa tehokkaan-liuotus- ja punalietteen pelkistystekniikan käyttöönotto alumiinioksiditeollisuudessa, lyhyt-prosessisulatus ja jatkuva sulatus kuparin sulatusteollisuudessa, korkea-tehokas puhdas elektrolyysi ja hapen paineliuotus sinkkisulatusteollisuudessa sekä magnesiumin pystysuora pelkistys magnesiumsulatusteollisuudessa ja muut tekniikat ja laitteet Transformation.
